Imma be frank with ya. Just an image with one stickdude in it, its boring. Better make something more elaborate with em, or get to animating em.
Whatever ya do, choice is yours. If you think a still image of a stickman is interresting or entertaining, keep at it.

The kind of device wont matter that much. People can make the most awesome shizzle with only simple stuff like MS-paint on ancient toasters of laptops, or tablets, or phones, or even an old nintendo DS. ';)
